My name is Karolina, and I am a meditation and yoga teacher. I also work as a hypnotherapist and mindfulness coach.
I first encountered meditation in 2015 during my inaugural Yoga Teacher training in India. These ancient practices have transformed my life beyond recognition and after understanding the huge power of sitting still in the present moment I delved into studying various styles of meditation all around the World. I furthered my education by: enrolling at Brown university to study the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Approach, obtaining my Hypnotherapist certification with Paul McKenna and completing another 500hrs advanced Yoga teacher training in the Nepal Yoga Academy under the guidance of renowned guru Dr. Chintamani Gautam. Even after nine years of teaching experience, I remain primarily a perpetual student and trusting in my own remedy, I regularly immerse myself in diverse courses, including ten-day Vipassana silent meditation retreats.
In my approach, I combine the time-tested wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and Buddhism with cutting-edge insights from neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming, and hypnotherapy to get the results as fast and effective as possible. Through the unique mix of meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, yoga and simple lifestyle changes, I am helping my clients heal their body, calm their mind and initiate their spiritual growth.
