My name is Karolina, and I’m a meditation and yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, and mindfulness coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves, calm their minds, and initiate lasting transformation.
My journey into meditation began in 2015 during my first Yoga Teacher Training in India. From that moment, ancient practices of stillness and presence profoundly reshaped my life. Inspired by that shift, I immersed myself in studying different meditation techniques across the globe.
To deepen my understanding, I enrolled at Brown University to study the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) approach, earned my Hypnotherapy certification under Paul McKenna, and completed an advanced 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Nepal Yoga Academy, guided by the renowned guru Dr. Chintamani Gautam. Despite years of teaching experience, I see myself as a lifelong student. I regularly engage in deep, immersive learning, including attending 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreats.
My approach is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science. By combining the practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhism with insights from neuroscience, NLP, and hypnotherapy, I offer fast, effective tools for transformation. Through a unique blend of meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, and simple lifestyle shifts, I help my clients heal their bodies, calm their minds, and expand their inner awareness.
